·Assist Sr. Petroleum Engineer to ensure preparation of well test operation, such as tools inspection
·Assist completion design in consultation with Sr. Completion engineer (Drilling)

.Design performance reporting process including the Asset Score Card; gain buy in from all groups to provide input for the performance reports
.Continually refine the performance reports and process to minimize bureaucracy and add maximum value

·Develop and revise Project Process, Procedure and Guidelines to support the Project Execution in consultation with other discipline GMs and MGRs

Requirements:

  • Hold a minimum Bachelor Degree
  • Having 3 years experience in selling or promotion in telecommunication company or cunsomer product
  • Having experience in “below the line” activities like: channel promotion, merchandising, POP Material, consumer promotion dan event promotion
  • Having knowledge about industry, product, and market charatheristic
  • Having knowledge and high interest with cellular technology and information technology
  • Strong analytical thinking, proactive and energetic, result oriented
  • Able to work independently as well as a team player
  • Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa
  • Literate in computer

You will be in charge in:

  • Developing and implementing promotion program (below the line activities) to reach selling target and distribution target
  • Implementing trade and consumer promotions
  • Planning, implementing and selecting right and accurate branded material
  • Implementing and monitoring account plans of merchandising and promotion
  • Planning the frequency of promotion
  • Responsible for trade promotion
  • Responsible for consumer promotion
  • Executing the local promotion with a good technique and implement the theory of mechanic promotion

Business Analyst – SAP For Price Management (Code: SAPP) (Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

  • To interact with business users at all levels of the organization, to conduct GAP Analysis between the AS-IS and TO-BE business process, to design and document TO-BE business process aligned to the standard SAP application functionality, to design and document functional application configurations, and functional enhancement to SAP, inclusive of Screens, interfaces, reports. To interact also with development resources to ensure compliance with functional designs, to prepare test scenario’s and scripts to be used through the application testing cycle, to conduct application, integration and user acceptance testing, then to review of application training materials. To support go-alive activities through the use of data analysis tools as well.

Requirements:

  • Must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree, post graduate diploma, Professional Degree or Master’s Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunications), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Having between 3-5 years of SAP implementation working experienced will be highly beneficial. Such as experienced in price and Cost Management and in price and Cost Integrations into legacy with exposure to the following SAP modules : Merchandise Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD) and retail experienced is essential.
  • Familiar with the relationship and integration between the Management of Master Data (e.g : articles) and integration to legacy is a distinct advantage
  • Having strong leadership, team work oriented, result oriented, sharp analytical skill, presentation skill, an excellence communications and strong negotiation skill
  • English proficiency both oral and written is a must
